Practicing gratitude is a simple but really powerful way to become happier and to change your life.

The way we feel depends a lot on what we are focusing on. By practicing gratitude you teach your brain to focus on what you have and what you like in your life.

By feeling grateful you can change your state to a more positive and more empowering one. Different state leads you to different actions. By taking them you are getting new results.
