Dungeon Siege 3, Playthrough, Pt. 10 (Incomplete)

Stuck at a boss fight that I will have to complete at a later date. Also, could not find the soldiers in the swamp.. perplexed by this at the moment. As a side note.. or a gripe about the game.. my character seems to be oddly susceptible to much damage and dodging/blocking is very difficult. The level up powers are laughable and don't add much flare or useful to the game.. grrr!
