Michele has a background in Corporate Management and Grief Recovery, 24 years experience in grief recovery with survivors of the death of a loved one in Victoria, B.C. and surrounding districts. A vision led her to four years of schooling, earning her Certification as Advanced Trauma Practitioner and Graduate Certification at the Master's level in Complex Trauma. She founded the Aaron's Society in 2019.
