Rep. Nunes: Closing Calif. Nuke plant amid rolling blackouts is ridiculous

Amid an electricity shortage and increasing power costs, California is moving forward to close the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, which supplies 10 percent of the state's energy. However, Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) tells One America News that he's drafted a bill to keep the plant open, with an aim to expand its output and eventually end rolling blackouts in the state.
