Part 1: The Critical Adjunct (TCA) Discusses Systemic Racism.

TCA, a member of the silent birth cohort (1927-1945), presents experiences of systemic racism that were witnessed nearly 6 decades ago. The positive changes that have occurred since the early 1960s, it is argued, are being ignored perhaps by those too young to have witnessed what TCA witnessed.
