S90V 'Coarse VS Polished ' Edge Retention Test

I often get asked "which is better... a coarse edge or a polish edge? "
Well the answer is.... there is no right answer!
Steel composition, Heat Treat, (subsequent) HRC, and most importantly YOUR CUTTING NEEDS all play a role in which edge is optimal for which steel.
Today I take s90v... a stainless "10v class " steel and see if it does better with a "coarse" 25 micron.. or "polished" 3 micron edge cutting cardboard.
Is a polished edge optimal?
Will carbides jump out and beat my ass?
Why am I sick again?.... carbide poisoning?
Why is Inthepocket smarter than me?
