Golden City Council considering ballot proposal to allow recreational marijuana sales

Currently, only medical marijuana can be sold in Golden, and there's only one dispensary within the entire city. If the proposal makes it on the ballot and voters approve it in November, sales would be expanded to include recreational marijuana.
