Spyderco Paramilitary 2 and Gayle Bradley M4 Polished edge retention test

A common thought in the knife community is that medium to high carbide steels will have better edge retention with a coarse (low grit finish) edge as opposed to a polished (high grit finish) one.

Today I test that theory... with some results I didn't expect.
