Mandating the COVID-19 vaccine for all the U.S. military would deeply infringe on the rights of our service members who swore an oath to defend our country and our freedoms. As a former Airborne Infantry Officer and a JAG Corps Officer, I understand these negative consequences firsthand. As we saw with the mandatory anthrax vaccine just a few years ago, this would harm our military readiness and could even cause service members to leave the military and cripple our defense capabilities.

I joined OAN’s Dan Ball to discuss recent reports that the Department of Defense may mandate the vaccine as early as Sept.1.
