U.S. working with Haiti's Joseph as 'incumbent' -State Dept.

State Department spokesperson Ned Price on Thursday said the U.S. is working with interim Prime Minister Claude Joseph as the "incumbent" after the assassination of Haitian President Jovenel Moise has caused confusion about who the legitimate leader of the country is.
