Constitution for the Union of Philadelphia Part II

This video contains the rest of the Constitution for the Union of Philadelphia. I look forward to hearing everyone tell me why it would never work. Just remember I don't expect it to be adopted. I just want people to get serious about understanding what it means to be personally responsible to God (Reality as a whole) for the use of the power and authority He grants to us.
