Hamilton County Heroin Task Force uses $230,000 state grant to aid Quick Response Team

The reality for members of the Hamilton County Heroin Task Force’s Quick Response Team is that they lose people – but now that this specialized team is expanding, thanks to $230,000 of state funding, they hope to be able to save more lives.
