Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show today discussing the COVID 19 numbers of infections and deaths. Comparing the U.S. numbers with those from India. Also comparing the numbers from Peru and Vietnam. Also discussing the lamda G37 varient that has popped up in Peru. Stating people eating gluten are going to have an extremely negative outcome if they contract the virus.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss the health benefits of drinking coffee. One study found those drinking at least four cups of coffee per day had a 64% lower risk of all cause mortality than those not drinking coffee. Outlining the good nutrients found in coffee such as caffiene, hydrocinnamic acids, magnesium, polyphenols, potassium and vitamin B2.
