Helicopter drops water on Arosa Fire in Tehachapi

According to the Kern County Fire Department, there is a threat to one or more structures in the area of Banducci and Arosa Road due to the Arosa Fire. The vegetation fire is just east of the Brite Valley Aquatic Recreation Area in Tehachapi.
