Sadhguru answers a question about insomnia, and explains how some people may feel they are insomniacs even though they are actually getting enough sleep. When it does occur, insomnia could be due to either psychological issues, or problems on the cellular level. I've been having aa tough time sleeping and wanted some advice so I hope this help you guys as well.
