An interview with Colorado homesteaders...

On a recent trip to Colorado, Yoda interviewed her cousin and her husband who are trying to build a small homestead high in the Rocky Mountains. They talk about their greenhouse, trying to garden in rocky soil at high elevation, their new chicken coop and the future. Also, Bob Clark is a very talented artist that makes rustic signs and carvings in Glen Haven Co. He made the Grumpy Acres sign you see at the beginning of our videos. Driving through Glen Haven, you can't miss his work, as he sells it at roadside and it decorates a multitude of houses in the area. Unfortunately, he and his wife lost their home and workshop in the forest fires that ravaged central Colorado in 2020.
