Trump Sues Facebook, Twitter and Google | This is the Big One

Former President Donald Trump has filed a Class Action Lawsuit in the District Court of the Southern District of Florida against Facebook, Twitter and Google, naming their CEO's as Defendants on the grounds that their platforms are violating Free Speech and abusing the protections afforded to them under Section 230 of the Communications Act. This is a brand new law team, seperate from the disaster that was the Election Lawsuit team, employing the services of Pam Bondi and has a helping hand from Alan Dershowitz.

This is the big one, where it goes is unclear, but this is the case that certain Justices have been waiting for to address the outdated regulations of speech online.
