Preaching the message of the kingdom of heaven isn't just going out and proclaiming you're a believer and whatever else you've heard about the message and the messenger. It involves an accurate understanding of the message and the messenger, and this is just the beginning. We must also understand who we're speaking to, their age, maturity, educational, and developmental level, their preferred language, the environment, and situation. All of these factors, and potentially others not indicated here, may impact whether or not communication is effective.
