There are basically two types of "Sinawali" or interwoven patterns in Pekiti Tirsia KALI “broken” or “fluid”.
In the “broken pattern” one can chop, stab, strike with a stick, regular hammer, or hammer fist, and thrust with a knife or even a screwdriver.
Whereas, in the “fluid pattern” one can claw, use flexible weapons like a belt or chain and slashing with edged weapons.
