Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding the health benefits of supplementing with vitamin C. A study has found that supplementing vitamin C resulted in the participants almost three hours less per day in a hyperglycemic state. The vitamin C helped improve blood sugar control.
