In this video I will show you how to cook the perfect medium rare Ribeye Steak on the pellet grill with a charcoal flame reverse sear at the end. These were basically 2 Tomahawk Ribeye Steaks, without the extended bone length, weighing in at 2 lbs each!. Anybody can get the perfectly cooked medium rare steak by just monitoring the inside temp of the meat. If you cook by time then it will more than likely be undercooked or overcooked.
