Nancy Durate, the hidden patters in presentations and her pattern fail

Nancy Durate has written some excellent books on presentation. This is one of her older speeches on the pattern in presentations. Unfortunately, she doesn't exactly follow the pattern in her presentation as she talks about it. There also some other points that work and those that don't.
