In 2012, the Smith-Mundt Modernization act was passed which allowed the US Government to legally propagandize it's own citizens. It is now legal for the government to use crisis actors and fake news to push any given agenda...whether it's gun control, race wars, or social initiatives. Was George Floyd one of those instances in which the government staged an event to illicit a given response?
