Suffolk County Police Third Precinct Police Officer Todd Rigney responded to a 911 call regarding ducklings in distress in a fast-moving creek on East Main Street in Bay Shore. Officer Rigney used a crab net to scoop out the 11 ducklings and safely reunite them with their mother. Amazing!
