EXPLODING Abscess From Sharp Nail!!

This patient came to see Dr. Carter after stepping on a nail that poked a giant hole in his foot! He has been on antibiotics and received a tetanus shot to prevent infection from the nail, but his foot still developed a painful abscess at the puncture site
