Today we review this very special bottle of Phifer Pavitt XO. This is 10 year old Tennessee Whiskey , finished in Phifer Pavitt Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon wine casks for 45 months. Has the finishing process ruined perfectly good whiskey or has it turned it into something Amazing ?!
