A call for action on water waste

July 4th weekend marks the middle of summer and for many parts of the country, drought is a major problem. But as Scripps reporter Joe Saint George tells us, water may be in short supply in some parts of the country. But in other more remote areas, it’s being wasted and hurting the environment, with advocates wanting the infrastructure plan in congress to help.
