We have pain for good reason. We hurt so we stop doing it. We’re uncomfortable doing X so that we stop doing X. So, how is it that nearly everyone on Earth suggested it’s totally ok to wear a deeply uncomfortable mask for many hours a day, and there can’t possibly be any harms?
