Forming a Forged Carbon Fiber Death Stranding Mask

To make a mold for the carbon fiber half mask, a 3d printed part is smoothed using epoxy resin & glass microspheres. The part is then embedding in clay on flange material and coated with a thick layer of fiberglass to create a sturdy mold. The final carbon fiber mask is then cast in forged carbon fiber fabric, coated with additional cosmetic resin and trimmed to shape.Show more
