This warfare weapon was a psychological weapon and requires four stages to bring it to fruition. In 1985, by the time this interview took place, most of the payload of this tactic had already been deployed, and the stage that takes the longest time to complete, Stage 1: Demoralization, had already been over-fulfilled in the United States.

At present, 2021, there is a Communist/Fascist movement working against the people in the United States, in an effort to destroy our country, and they are using the very tactics that Yuri discusses in this interview back in 1985.
