7/4/21 Tropical Update

TS Elsa is about to cross the island of Cuba before heading out into the Gulf. The storm will pass near many population centers in Florida over the next few days, including a direct hit just north of Tampa and a passage over Jacksonville on Wednesday. From there, the storm will accelerate up the East Coast and bring serious impacts as far north as Massachusetts.
