The Declaration of Independence refers specifically to God the Father of Jesus Christ.

When our founders refer to the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God in the Declaration, they are making specific reference to the God of the Bible, the God of Christianity... not some generic deity or Islam or Buddhism or Hinduism or anything else.
