Revelation Lesson-19: Woe, Woe: The Hordes of Hell Unleashed on Earth - Part I

This is Lesson-19 in the series “Come Lord Jesus!” from the book of Revelation.

The title for this lesson is: Woe, Woe: The Hordes of Hell Unleashed - Part I.

Our focus passage is Revelation 9:1-12.

As we closed our study last time, remember that after the first four trumpet judgments were unleashed, John saw an eagle flying in midheaven (cf. Rev. 8:13).

This midheaven messenger gave everyone this dire warning:

“Woe, woe, woe to those who live on the earth, because of the remaining blasts of the trumpet of the three angels who are about to sound.”

In this lesson, we are focused on what happens when the fifth and sixth angels sound their trumpets.

The result is that the first two of the three woes mentioned in the eagle’s warning will come to pass.

It’s going to get so much worse for the entire world before it gets any better. These will indeed be the earth’s worst days.
