The Celtic Tiger

A brief excerpt from a discussion I had with a fellow Scot on the topic of Ireland, Scottish Independence, and the political realities of our Democratic murder machine. I did not include my Scottish independence postulation within this, but when I left this line of thought I carried on to contrast this with the reality of a future independent Scotland; which is a misnomer, as no nation is independent of the tentacles of the pervasive powerbase, at present. Alas, I digress, I agreed that I wished for Scottish Independence, not on the grounds it may turn out swimmingly, but on the grounds it could potentially facilitate the dissolution of the old economic and social order of not just the corrupt "Scottish" Parliament and government, but of the entire British and Western ruling class; acting as a component of a "death by a thousand cuts", an accelerant to decline. Naturally, the longer we last in this decaying status quo, the greater the damage that will be wrought upon us and the more detrimental the imprint of that decay shall linger and permeate through the lives of future generations; we cannot permit that to happen and must mitigate this permeation of such decay.

He was naturally stupefied at such a strange twist within the dialogue, but we agreed on the main principle; that all nations have the right, if they choose by the projection of power, to manifest their own destiny. That destiny can either be detrimental or beneficial to the longevity and prosperity of the said nation. Ironically, he still supports "replacement migration", though; so the contradiction of utilizing the term "nation", while simultaneously voicing support for a policy of national alteration and potential dissolution of the nation, still baffles me.

This was my response to the economic data he posited regarding, "If Ireland can be an independent nation and do so well, how can Scotland not?" I utilized this as a bridge to input some hard-hitting truths regarding monopolism and the powers that be. He is left-wing, ironically, and as such was an intellectual experiment by me to see if I may "infect" or infiltrate the mind of the leftist, to gradually subvert their thinking and bring them to reason. Over the past couple of weeks, he has slowly begun to see the Marxist tenets of "abolishment of the family" and abnormal social paradigms (decadence, etc) as antithetical to the longevity of Scotland; though he is still in that limbo between his old Marxist ideas and the new ideas I have infected into his psyche, right now. I did this by merely understanding and then exploiting his ideological weaknesses. For example, the villain of his mythology/ideology is that of "Capitalism". Therefore, I simply utilized the term "Capitalist" when discussing the powers that be; eventually, I have begun transitioning from the term Capitalist to Monopolist; from Monopolist I shall use the powers that be. Eventually, before you know it, he will be utilizing more radical, but accurate terminology for the status quo. This change of terminology, like all transitions in language, is a subtle reorientation of his fundamental thinking; through the way, he views the villain character within his mythology. The villain, in any story, is the embodiment of the desired good or goal; if the villain and heroic characters change, through a gradual shift, then that opposing force creates an equal but opposite gradual shift in his determination of the desired good or goal he seeks. Thus, radicalization or rationalization (which I think a better term) shall be complete. Remain patient with these individuals and slowly diffuse your ideological tenets, of which we shall have to disguise through the hijacking of their terminology; eventually, we shall pull our opposition to us through ideological assimilation, rather than ideological confrontation and conflict. Just a ponderance of thought, on my part.
