Steve Scalise SLAMS Dem Claim GOP 'Defunded The Police'

At Tuesday's House GOP leadership press briefing, Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA) fired back on Democrats who've claimed that GOP refusal to vote for the American Rescue Plan was tantamount to Republicans voting to "defund the police."
