Diamond Crown Pyramid 7 Cigar Review

This 6.75x54 stick features a dark tan wrapper with a dense firm pack, oily paper bag like feel, minimal veins, tight invisible seams and a pungent sweet peppery cedar aroma. First light reveals much the same in the flavor department, with the pepper lingering through the long finish but with no heat or texture just flavor. Draw is perfect and body is near full. The first third shifts to medium-full sweet cream and leather with a zingy pepper kick, all lasting through the long finish to the next draw with perfect burn. The 1/2 way point comes at 45 minutes with notes remaining just as complex but consistent, dropping a solid single ash chunk with flawless construction. Ending at 1:20 the last third continued the same flawless performance to the cool nub.
