Don't Talk TV Episode 44: The Adam Skelly Case and SCJ Jurisdiction

Today on Don't Talk TV, in the wake of a recent decision on the #AdamSkelly / #AdamsonBarbecue case, I thought it important to discuss what jurisdiction the Superior Court of Justice for #Ontario has to hear cases and talk about the independence of the judiciary in Canada. Relying on what has been reported so far, I analyzer why it appears that the judge made the right decision and there is no evidence of corruption here.
