CHAPTER 4 - THE MASTERS' MASTER

We are given our first glimpse into the dark mind of the Master Priest, Elze Sodrith, as she uncovers the lies of Paul and Mira surrounding their discovery of the trove.

Every Master in the Keep reports to her daily for Testaments. We pick up the story as Masters Braxas and Alastor visit Elze, and they tell her what they found while looking into the claims of the young pair of scrappers.

Elze comes to the conclusion that the pair is already on the run, and she calls in Paul's father for questioning, to be arrested. She opens the old wound over the death of Boone, in order to set a series of events in motion that will hopefully bring home Paul, in defense of his Da.

Elze then prepares to brief the Council later that evening.
