Vacuuming to Make a Hole in the Road

pretty cool way they do this to do what they do. After pulling up the sidewalk and road and getting down below they down shovel they vacuum it. Sometimes it's sand, but it was a bit clayish. The big hose sucks it up into the truck that holds 16 yards of material. So they used high pressure water sprayer to break it up and the other guy sucks it all up.
