Nutrigenomix - Genetic Testing for Personalized Nutrition

I know a lot of people are really curious about Nutrigenomix, and I'm excited to share my personal experience with it. To get started, you order a Nutrigenomix test kit from an authorized practitioner (like me), and they send you a sample kit in the mail. The sample is obtained with an oral swab you do at home, that gets sealed in the kit and mailed back for analysis. The results will be returned to review with your practitioner.

The Nutrigenomix test gives you personalized nutrition recommendations based on genetics - which means that it's tailored just for you! There are 70 genetic markers included for various vitamins, nutrient handling, detoxification processes, and metabolic characteristics too.

Along with the DNA sample, you'll be sent a food-frequency questionnaire online. When you fill this questionnaire out, you'll want to be as detailed and accurate as possible with regard to what you have eaten recently (I actually recommend you answer based on how you eat regularly).

Your responses will assist in their final recommendations based on the best foods for you to focus on. This is also where a trained and certified holistic health professional can be of assistance - to further tailor those recommendations for optimal health.
