2nd Amendment Update // Shall Not Be Infringed

In another defeat for Newsom, California's unconstitutional ban on magazine capacities has been stuck down! Fresh off their big 2nd Amendment win in the courts, California Rifle & Pistol Association's Rick Travis will join Tim Thompson live on Our Watch to talk about what this defeat means for all gun owners, and 2nd Amendment supporters across the state and the country.

Rick and Tim will discuss the CRPA's newest court challenges against the relentless attacks on our constitutional right to bear arms by emboldened Democrat lawmakers at both the state and national level.

Rick will also explain to new and future gun owners their legal rights and responsibilities regarding concealed-carry, ammo background checks, bullet button/assault weapons, marijuana and firearms in CA, and more.
