Moscow rolls out proof-of-vaccine QR codes for restaurants

The recent surge in Covid-19 cases has prompted Moscow to introduce a system of 'QR codes' which grant access to certain places. To qualify, you need either to be vaccinated, have antibodies, or be able to present a negative PCR test that's no more than 3 days old.
