This is the most delicious dish of Western SIcily, precisely from the city of Trapani. It is very easy and quick to make. Prepare the pesto with garlic, salt, tomatoes, fresh basilico and olive oil. When the pasta is cooked just pour the sauce over it and it's ready to eat. You can sprinkle grated pecorino on top. Traditionally almonds were added to the pesto but I prefer the version without the almonds.
