A 22-YEAR-OLD has revealed how she has spent $100,000 on plastic surgery - including four separate operations to boost her booty. Saturn Rose, of Vancouver, Canada, first went under the knife when she was around 19 for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) - where doctors transfer fat from elsewhere in the body to make the bum appear more rounded. But sadly, the procedure didn't go as planned and was fraught with complications. She explained: "My butt ended up really big. I didn't want it that big. I was new to the surgery world, so I didn't really know what was normal." Since then, Saturn, who makes money via OnlyFans, has undergone three more BBLs to correct the issues. Each one has cost around $20,000, including travel and accommodation expenses. She has also had liposuction, body contouring and gets regular filler injections. She said: "At one time, I was spending around $4,000 a month on beauty treatments and cosmetics. I've calmed down a little now, though." Online, Saturn has sadly been the target of nasty comments from trolls. "I do get it - my look is not everyone's cup of tea," she said. "Some of the insults are quite creative, they make me laugh." Looking ahead to the future, she would not rule out having further surgery but wants to stick to those that produce more natural-looking results. She said: "I don't have an exact look I'm going for - I just want to be content with myself. "I know I probably look stupid to some people, but it's my life."
