Catholics! You need to Learn a Proper Act of Contrition!

Far too many Catholics are falling back on short, Post- Vatican II, dumbed-down Acts of Contrition, the one that they learnt in their First Holy Communion Class, taught by a catechist whose children had probably all lapsed years ago. We need to re-claim the use of proper, complete Acts of Contrition used by generations of Catholics prior to this present one. This video offers an example, but there are others out there which are also very good. Memorise a proper Act of Contrition!
