Mysterious video of a baby with flashing eyes

Presenting the raw mysterious video to you. It reminds the famous comic movie series X-Men and the famous character Storm and her changed sparkling eyes during fight. Mutants doesn't exists in this earth in reality but it is strange when I have captured this video I saw flashing eyes of the baby as well as visible electric wave (what we generally see if camera placed near electrical items) in the mobile display. Is that any radio activity surrounded or what. I guess the reflection of light might be visible but what about the electrical wave caught in camera. I do not have any answer for this.
