Today I invited a friend of mine, Charles Yu to join us on Zooming In China. Charles has a legendary life story. He was educated at China’s top university, Qing hua, but ended up in China’s prison for almost 10 years. Today he will tell us how some of the famous food snacks have been made in China’s prisons and what the inmates in Xinjiang were doing in order to escape from the prison slave labor.
