Bridget wrote in an affidavit that "test ballots" were printed on "Roland Voter Paper (heavy
cardstock) as used for actual ballots, making them, in every way, indistinguishable
from live Georgia ballots" and that "stacks of test ballots" were "unsecured all over the facility".

She says that she personally spoiled "a couple thousand test ballots" but based on her knowledge and belief, "there were thousands of test ballots that were not spoiled".
