How to Cook Delicious Chicken Arroz Caldo
Arroz Caldo, also spelled Aroskaldo, is popular Filipino comfort food with rice and chicken gruel heavily infused with ginger and garnished with onion leaves and black pepper. It is usually best served with hard-boiled egg, fried tofu, fish sauce, and Philippine lemon (calamansi) as condiments.

Chicken Arroz Caldo Ingredients:
Chicken legs & wings
Mixed 1 cup of glutinous rice with 1 cup of plain rice
Minced garlic
Sliced onion
Saffron flower (Optional)
Sliced onion leaves
4 Tbsp of fish sauce
Sliced ginger
Knorr Chicken broth cube
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp Salt
Add water ( depends on your preference of consistency)
