CANNOLO, THE KING OF SICILY

Cannolis are found everywhere in Sicily, you can get them in bars (in Sicily we call cafès "bars"), in pastry shops, in restaurants, in bakeries and so on. The traditional filling for a cannolo is ricotta, sugar and candied fruit cut in pieces and candied cherries. Nowadays though there are a variety of fillings, such as pistachios and chocolate chips.
